I had a great time at Seventh Mountain Resort, enjoying its location, amenities, and the comfortable atmosphere. However, the initial check-in process was a bit off-putting due to the push for a timeshare presentation, and there were some issues with heating in the room that needed attention. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the variety of activities available.

Rooms
7.0
My one-bedroom suite was spacious and clean, with a separate living area and kitchen. The decor felt a bit outdated and there were noises from the heating system that could be bothersome at night, but overall it was comfortable for my needs.
Service
8.0
The staff was friendly and professional, though the check-in experience was marred by the sales pitch for the timeshare presentation. Despite this, I found most interactions to be pleasant and accommodating.
Location
9.0
The resort is centrally located, allowing easy access to hiking and biking trails. I loved that I could simply walk out and start my adventures, and the surrounding nature made for a peaceful stay.
Dining
7.0
I did enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant, which served good food in a cozy atmosphere. However, I wish there were more dining options available that weren't tied to the timeshare offers.
Facilities
8.0
The resort had excellent amenities including swimming pools, hot tubs, and courts for various activities. I particularly enjoyed the larger hot tub after a long day out. There were plenty of options for family fun like mini-golf and pickleball.

5.2/10

Seventh Mountain Resort has a lovely location with beautiful surroundings, but my experience was marred by several issues. The lack of soundproofing between rooms led to a sleepless night, and management's response to my concerns was disappointing. I appreciated the efforts of the security staff, but overall, the hotel needs improvement in comfort and communication. 😣🏨

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were okay but dated, with some units having noise issues from adjoining rooms. My experience was significantly impacted by the thin walls, which allowed me to hear everything from my neighbor's room.
Service
5.0
While the staff I encountered were friendly, the initial check-in process felt more like a sales pitch for timeshares than a warm welcome. My concerns about the noise were not adequately addressed by management.
Location
5.0
The hotel is beautifully situated close to Bend's attractions and the Cascade Lakes area, which is a huge plus. However, accessibility, particularly at night, was a concern when I needed assistance.
Dining
5.0
Dining options weren't impressive, and the focus seemed more on upselling timeshares rather than providing a pleasant dining experience. I wish there had been better food options available.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities had some nice amenities but encountered issues like inadequate pool seating and pest problems in the rooms, which took away from the overall experience.

7.4/10

My stay at Seventh Mountain Resort was quite a mix of highs and lows. The location was perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and horseback riding, and I enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere. However, the aging facilities and some noise issues made the experience less than flawless. Overall, I'd consider returning once some upgrades have been made.

Rooms
7.0
I stayed in a spacious room, but the decor was a bit tired and the walls felt thin, allowing me to hear neighbors easily. The furniture was functional but showed signs of needing a refresh.
Service
6.0
While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I felt somewhat pressured at check-in with the timeshare offer. It did take longer than I expected to get my keys.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, with easy access to hiking trails and the beautiful outdoors. Being surrounded by mountains and rivers made my stay feel like a true retreat.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited, and the lack of a breakfast service was disappointing, though I loved the idea of having a coffee bar on-site. It's a missed opportunity given the lovely setting.
Facilities
7.0
The resort had beautiful grounds and a nice pool area, but I did notice that amenities like the heated pools got crowded with families. I appreciated the fitness center, yet some maintenance could enhance the overall experience.

5.0/10

My stay at Seventh Mountain Resort had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby, but I faced some significant issues with noise and discomfort during my visit. The management service left much to be desired, and I found the facilities needing a bit of TLC. Overall, it was a mixed experience that could have been better.

Rooms
5.0
My room was spacious, but there were significant noise issues due to a thin door shared with the neighbor. It made for a restless night, especially when I could hear everything from the neighboring room, including loud conversations and TV.
Service
5.0
I was disappointed with the management's response to my concerns about the noise. When I sought help during the night, the reception was closed, and it took a long time to get assistance, which made me feel quite unsafe.
Location
8.0
The resort's location is lovely, with easy access to outdoor activities and amazing views, making it ideal for a getaway.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited during my stay, as the restaurant and bar were closed. This was frustrating, as I had hoped to enjoy meals on-site.
Facilities
5.0
While the pool area was excellent and well-maintained, many amenities were in need of repairs and better upkeep, which detracted from the experience.

I had a lovely time at Seventh Mountain Resort, enjoying its awesome location close to plenty of hiking and biking trails. The amenities, including the swimming pools and hot tubs, offered a great way to relax after a day of adventure. However, there were some minor issues with heating noise in the room and ongoing construction that were a bit distracting. Overall, the resort has a laid-back vibe, and I definitely plan to return!

Rooms
7.0
My one-bedroom suite was spacious and clean, although it could be a bit dark, and the heating system had a rhythmic noise at night that might bother light sleepers.
Service
7.0
The staff was super friendly and welcoming, creating a nice atmosphere throughout my stay, despite some persistent sales pitches about timeshares.
Location
8.0
I loved the resort's location, just a short distance from Bend and right next to beautiful trails for outdoor activities. It made access to nature easy and enjoyable.
Dining
6.0
The on-site restaurant was cozy and inviting, with a great vibe, but navigating the timeshare presentation at check-in was a bit uncomfortable.
Facilities
8.0
The resort has plenty of amenities like pools, hot tubs, and even mini golf, all of which were in decent shape, enhancing the family-friendly feel of the place.
